What's the deal with Cleaning Products, Supplies and equipments?


Most of our clients prefer that we use their cleaning product, supplies and everything. We can also bring our own cleaning supplies with additional cost if needed

What's if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

We have a 72 hours cancellation policy in place. We will not issue a refund if a client if fail to give us a 72 hours notice for cancellation or to reschedule

What's the deal with special request?

We would love to help you out with special requests. Have an anniversary and want a rose petal heart placed on your table? Clean out your fridge to make room for yummy half-time treats? Want a special essential oil or fragrance diffused or sprayed before you get home? Let us know! Give us a call or email, we will gladly help you improve your game if we can.

What's the deal with payment?


All payments are completed online to ensure the safety of our crew and yours.Our policy is to collect payments upfront, at least three days before a cleaning is completed. This will secure your cleaning and ensure our crew members are
available.No
cash is expected to be exchanged for services while crew members are doing work.Should you feel that your crew member played an excellent cleaning game, tipping is optional, always welcomed, but never expected.Providing us with an online review or referring us to your friends and family would be another way to say thanks for a good game and keep this local business thriving.

What's Not the Deal?


JC Crew cleaning fouls…cleaning games we do not play:

Lifting and moving heavy furniture that requires more than one crew member

– we cannot all be weightlifters.Reaching areas, we cannot touch from a two-step ladder

– we can only jump so far.

Clean TVs – we want to ensure we do not disrupt YOUR game.Carpet cleaning

– we have several crew partners to refer you toclean toysclean the inside of your fireplacepick up clutterclean your irondo your laundrydo your dishesdo window blinds, or pull out window screensSwimming pools, hot tubs, or jacuzzisChandeliersBiohazardous materials (bodily fluids – animal, or human)

– some exceptions may apply (especially because we clean bathrooms).

We do need to keep our crew healthy to stay on top of their cleaning game.

If we enter a residence that has any bodily fluids present,

JC Crew will immediately stop cleaning and exit the residence.

Client will not be offered a refund for the scheduled cleaning.Bugs, crawlies, and infested properties – crew members get creeped out, sorry.Move appliances connected to gas or water – safety should be everyone’s concern.Service clients that are disrespectful to our crew – Let’s keep the game clean and respectful.

What's the deal with JC actual crew?


JC Crew is comprised of dedicated, back-ground checked, COVID vaccinated, efficiently trained, and customer-oriented team players that take pride (dare we say enjoyment) in their cleaning game. JC Crew come ready to work to provide you with a cleaning win!

What's the deal with the pre-arrival of the crew?


While JC Crew loves pets, we want them to be comfortable in the house when we are cleaning, especially if you are not at home.

This may mean placing them in a safe part of the house, at least until they become known to crew members.

Sometimes, extra players can get in the way of our cleaning game. While we are very happy to be cleaning for you, extra players can sometimes make everyone a little uncomfortable.

We work best when we can focus and not be disturbed while completing our tasks or feeling like we are being watched.

Clutter and clothing disrupt our game, so please pick these items up.If it has been a while since there was a heavy-duty deep clean, we may request additional fees. Alternatively, you can request a deep cleaning as a part of your services in advance.If you have any allergies to cleaning products or essential oils that may be used in our cleaning that we should avoid, please let us know in advance.


What's the deal about the deal?


If you refer a client to JC Crew and they become a regular customer, you both get rewarded! We will gift you and your friend a $25 cleaning credit added to your account as well as your friend's account. Your friend must book at least one cleaning service to earn this credit. Let the cleaning games begin!


What's the deal with the picture?


JC Crew members may take pictures of items before and after they clean so they can replace items exactly as you had them. NO selfies – we promise. This also ensures items are taken care of and the job is well done. We can refer to these pictures if there are any questions on our cleaning regimen. Please know that we would never share pictures with others. We take our cleaning just as seriously as we take our customer’s privacy.

What's the deal with short term rental cleaning? (e.g) Airbnb?


Turn-over cleaning includes basic cleaning of the residence, which will include floors, dusting, and wiping counters and sinks in kitchens and bathrooms. Linens and towels are laundered and changed on-site as well as restocking of any host required supplies (from Client supply). Extra charges will apply if laundry needs to be completed off-site, restock supplies must be purchased by JC Crew, or extra deep cleaning beyond a basic clean is needed. Deep cleaning (beyond wiping out) of showers, tubs, stoves, ovens, or refrigerators is not included in our basic cleaning package but can be added as extra costs. JCs Crew will not keep track of the inventory of Client supply stocks ( But could offer this as an add on service) . We do offer co-hosting opportunities for an additional price, so please reach out and ask!

What's a deal with the refund?

JC Crew likes to play a fair game. We appreciate it when a client gives us a call to talk through their questions. However, here are a few things to keep in mind:

JC Crew will not offer refunds. When our crew commits to cleaning, we commit time, supplies and equipment to be utilized for your cleaning and are unable to book any additional cleanings. We can only play one game at a time.

If a client finds that our crew's cleaning game was off in a specific area of the playing field, JC Crewis happy to send a crew member back out to correct the specific issue, but not for an entirely new cleaning.

What's the deal with booking a cleaning without a walkthrough?


Although it is convienient for both our clients and our crew for you to book online, jumping straight to an online booking overlooks a very important walk through step. A walk through allows both teams to observe the playing field to ensure areas that may be out of bounds for cleaning or areas that may need a bit more of a deeper clean. JC Crew reserves the right to adjust their cleaning fees or to reject the job if the customer was not upfront with the condition of their residence or facility. Customers will be charged a cancellation fee of $100 or more should our crew arrive and we must reject the job.
